Our hospice care team, which includes a medical director, social workers, chaplains, skilled nursing professionals, hospice aides, and volunteers, provides comprehensive support while helping patients and their families make the most of every moment.
Volunteers are a vital part of serving our hospice patients. By providing companionship, active listening, and socialization, specially trained volunteers help us carry out our tradition of service to families and patients. We are currently seeking volunteers in these areas!
Training and orientation is a high priority for our team. If you are interested, please click on the opportunities above to learn more, or visit libertylutheran.org/volunteer.
