2020 Synod Assembly Registration
How is your church pouring itself out for the community? What opportunities are you seeing in your neighborhood? Mark your calendar for God’s mission Friday and Saturday, May 1 and 2. The 2020 SEPA Synod Assembly will focus on “Acuity: Seeing Mission Possibilities.”
Regular business will be conducted on Friday and Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon programs will feature conversations with leaders who are connecting with their communities, activities and service opportunities, and inspiring worship with a mass choir that you are invited to join. Saturday afternoon’s activities are open to all, not just congregational voting members, at a small cost to cover meals and materials.

The Thirty-Third Annual Assembly of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Synod, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, will be held at the Franconia Mennonite Church, 613 Harleysville Pike (Route 113), Telford, PA 18969.
Friday, May 1, 2020 — Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. The program begins at 9:00 a.m. The day will conclude by approximately 7:45 p.m.
Saturday, May 2, 2020 — Assembly resumes at 8:30 a.m. The day is planned to conclude by 2:00 p.m.

If you are registering as non-retired rostered leaders, lay voting members, or visitors, please review the documents below before registering at the link above. Please remember to return the Certifying Voting Member Form 2020 by mail to the Synod office after you have completed your registration online. If you are mailing in payment it is best to return this form along with your check.

For our 2020 Synod Assembly, the registration fees are as follows:
Early Bird Registration: January 29 5 – March 18 — $230
Registration: March 19 – April 3 — $260
Onsite Registration: May 1-2 — $295
