Synod Assembly Returns to In-Person
May 5-6, 2023 at Franconia Mennonite Church
A significant number of responses to our Assembly survey indicated that people want to return to the fellowship and relationship-building of in-person meetings. We have listened to your voices and have scheduled the 2023 Synod Assembly for Friday and Saturday, May 5 and 6, at our familiar site of Franconia Mennonite Church.
Under the theme of “TRANSFORMED to SERVE in a where’s the faith? world,” we will gather for worship, inspiration, connection, and our shared work as a Synod. Following your survey responses we are scheduling time to catch up with friends and colleagues, and we are looking at ways to avoid having meals in an outdoor tent (which was a significant negative for many respondents).
