St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Green Lane is seeking a part-time (16-20 hours per week) office administrator beginning April 20, 2026.
Primary functions of the Office Administrator are to oversee the church office and provide administrative support to the ministry of the church, the pastor and staff members, maintain the church calendar and hall rental as well as provide communications both within the church and in the outside community using social media. Candidate must be well organized, have strong communication skills, able to work independently and with a team, able to prioritize, use discretion with sensitive information, and manage multiple assignments. Candidate must have strong writing, typing and computer skills; Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, Tithely/Breeze, Constant Contact, etc. Previous church administration experience is preferred but not required.
