The Coordinator of Belonging and Faith Formation helps shape a culture of radical welcome and deep belonging within Trinity and the wider community. This role focuses on
building relationships that foster a deep sense of belonging and on supporting faith formation across the lifespan, with particular attention to the foundational first third of life.

This role requires a relationally gifted, spiritually grounded, and highly organized individual passionate about creating spaces where people feel known, nurtured, and inspired into
meaningful faith experiences. This person works in close collaboration with the pastors, Director of Operations, Director of Fellowship as well as other staff and lay leaders coordinating faith formation programs and matching the interests, talents and gifts of community members to the values and activities of our various ministries.
