Carla Christopher, an ordained redevelopment and community engagement pastor in the ELCA, and Rev. Matthew Best, pastor of St. Stephen Lutheran Church in New Kingstown, PA. It is ideal for leaders in congregations of all sizes and varying locations—from rural to urban.
