ApplyPosition provides high level administrative-management work required to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office of the seminary president. This includes creating and updating a comprehensive executive portfolio of day-to-day details, activities, projects, and special events; exercising initiative and independent judgment in setting the President’s calendar based on knowledge of program priorities; and using discernment and diplomacy as liaison with seminary staff, faculty, bishops, synod staff, leaders and congregations within the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, as well as with external community constituencies.
