The Director of Family Ministry will oversee all ministries to children, youth, and their families in our congregation in collaboration with the Pastor, Staff, and Family Ministry Team. This is a 30 hour a week position. Upper Dublin Lutheran Church has a long history of commitment to our ministries for families, children, youth, and adults. We recognize that it is time for these ministries to once again evolve, and we are seeking a partner with which to build a vital 21st century family ministry together. In the recent months we have been working with Ministry Architects to gain feedback from our families about what will help them to thrive, so that we are ready to move forward when our new director joins us.
