SUMMARY:Parish Secretaries' Conference 2024
DESCRIPTION:This year’s theme is “Learning More in 2024”.  The Tuesday morning session will be: “Bridging the Gap” presented by Pastor Jane Marsden. She’ll offer insight on how we can bridge the gap between clergy and church staff. \nTuesday afternoon will offer three mini sessions in which you will pick two {2) to attend:                                                                                                  \nThe sessions are: \n“All Are  Welcome – Accessibility continued” Deacon Diana Pelletier\, will join us again this year to continue the conversation on what makes a space and a people truly accessible and inclusive;  “Church Finance and the Office” presented by Pastor Drew Neidig.   He will discuss different ways that church office staff encounter the church’s finances and what the best practices are; and Pastor Daniel Eisenberg will present  “The ABC’s of LGBT”.  This workshop will address some of the different identities we may encounter in our roles as Church Office Professionals for us to all have a better\, more empathetic understanding of each other. \nRegistration Materials: Parish Secretaries’ Conference 2024 Registration Packet
