DESCRIPTION:Redeemer Lutheran Church is holding their 6thannual Redeemerfest on October 5th from 3 to 7 pm. After perfecting what they did the first five times\, they really have this down pat. \nIf you have been to Redeemerfest in the past you know what to expect – great German food and live German music; a bounce house\, pumpkin chunking and other activities for kids; homebrew from their very own brew club. You can expect to have a great time! \nThe wonderful German food is catered by Otto’s Brauhaus in Horsham. And there will be a choice of beers brewed by Redeemer’s Home Brew Club\, or wine if you prefer.  The party’s on\, rain or shine. \nGet your tickets now at RedeemerJamison.org.  Tickets are $ 20 for adults\, $10 for children 6-12\, and free for children under 6. \nAll profits will benefit the Bucks County Area Agency on Aging.  They are responsible for the planning and implementation of a variety of services and programs to assist older adults and their families. \nRedeemer is the church with the sign on York Road (PA 263) in Jamison. \nLook for the bounce house in the front lawn of the church on October 5th.

DESCRIPTION:Interested in learning how to expand your ministries to be more intentionally welcoming for LGBTQIA+ persons? Is your congregation already Reconciling in Christ but you want to know what more you can do? Do you feel like you just don’t know how to be the best ally you can be? Well\, then do we have a day for you! \nIn God’s Image is a day-long (9-2) program of worship\, workshops\, conversation\, and resources. Sponsored by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Synod\, ELCA\, and hosted at Reformation Lutheran Church in Media\, PA\, this is sure to be a great day. Folks from all over the region—Lutheran and non-Lutheran\, church “professionals” and those who just want to know more—will gather at Reformation to share their experiences\, learn about ministry potentials in their contexts\, and share joys and concerns about inclusive and expansive ministry. It is the aim of this event to equip those who are passionate about ministry for and with LGBTQIA+ folks in their congregation\, their families\, their workplaces to be able to reach out in love and support for their beloved.
