Prince of Peace Lutheran Church is a small, diverse congregation that loves to sing. Our major ministry is resettling refugees, and since 2009 we have resettled over 50 families.  Despite our small size, we are fortunate to have a nice group of young people, some of whom sing like angels. Musically, we are looking to move toward a blended worship service, incorporating both traditional and contemporary musical styles, as well as music from the many cultures represented in our congregation.  We want to engage and welcome everyone, and we also want to develop our young musicians.

Prince of Peace is a Reconciling in Christ congregation, and we welcome gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender/queer people. We are also a member of POWER, an interfaith organization committed to working for social and economic justice in Philadelphia.

The church is located at 6001 Colgate Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111, one block east of Rising Sun Avenue at Comly Street.
